"FRAB 2016 CD Vol _ is about some of Paul Beckman's (Palu Rainbow Song's) activities on Facebook he began in December, 2016 to say hello to people Palu became friends with. What felt natural for Palu, somehow got the eye of others who saw that he was saying something on other people's timelines which went beyond the ordinary in usual conversation. Time and time again others noticed how Palu "brought out the Light in others." Treating them as friends with that in mind... (seeing the Divine Principle inherent in all). Such is Palu's Way.

Suddenly Friendship Requests and birthdays became a way to interact with others Palu found interesting and inspirational. As a wider circle of people began to take notice, some started following him and leaving 'thumbs-up's" or "Love" emoticons, eager to see the next higher consciousness conversations Palu would spark with others while he honors the Higher Self in YOU. Join Palu as he documents some of his interactions and spiritual fodder with others on their or his own Facebook Timeline Pages.

Not stopping there, Palu began introducing songs he can make up effortlessly, into the mix! Honing his ability to see "Jah!" in all while using written-text and music to communicate with, Palu is fast becoming a "Mystic-Yogi-Philosopher," and "Self-And-Planetary-Healer," intent on questioning the world around him, questioning authority and implanting the need in all to seek a higher purpose in life. True Self-Healing and Planetary Healing can best be accomplished by seeking and finding Ultimate Truth in order to raise consciousness higher and overcome "ancient ignorance" that plagues all sentient creatures, bar none, for the highest good of all concerned!!! How else can we "AWAKE?" This is what Palu does and why so many are beginning to follow him on Facebook. Self and Planetary Healing is infectious and necessary in these changing times!! Loving and Compassionate Beings are a natural result of The Quest For Ultimate Truth (which naturally filters into everyday life).

"Friendship Requests and Birthdays 2016 CD Vol _ is just Palu acting in his regular manner because he knows The Higher Self (God, Jah!) exists in everyone. THAT being our True Nature, why should Palu or anyone else, communicate with anything less, i.e. the typical ego-personality, when we all have the inner capacity of INSIGHT to know and see "Universal-Mind" in each other? Watching Palu communicate, demonstrates this!

This is what "FRAB 2016 Vol_ represents... and essentially is what this CD of songs and videos or DVD is about (though subject matter, people, topics, etc. may differ... or change).
